I drive a 2005 Audi A4 V6 3.0 with the infamous CVT transmission. My check engine light came on a while ago due to a malfunctioning transmission control module (TCM). The official Audi dealership quoted me $2,200 for repair. Maybe you guys recommend the repair service for the reasonable price.

My cousin showed me the link on ebay. The service is Module Repair Pro Van Nuys CA
01 02 03 04 AUDI A4 A6 TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE TKM REPAIR KIT, WE INSTALL

“YOU WILL SEND US YOUR CONTROL MODULE FOR THE REPAIRS”

I have never used this kind of service. What do you think?

I checked out this service on yelp and found the website of Module Repair Pro.
They are next door to me (Van Nuys CA) . I called and described my problem. They were very careful and answered all questions. Finally It took only couple hours to repair of the Module for reasonable price. I hope this information will be useful for somebody.
